If you decide to return or exchange the items you ordered, you should send back the items unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging in a 10-days term. In case the item you received was damaged or defected, you will receive a free replacement. After we receive the damaged item back, we will send you the replacement and will pay the shipping costs (if the item is in stock. In case it isn’t, we’ll ship it to you as soon as we have it).
