Placing an Order
How do I place an order in your store?To place an order with us you should follow several simple steps:
1. First of all, you should choose an item you want to purchase using the navigation menu on the left side of the page. You can search by brand, category or product type. Moreover, to make the search faster and simpler, you can use the site search, located in the upper-right side of every online store page. If you wish to learn more information about the product you are interested in, click on the product name or its image. You will then see the item description page, where you will be able to find detailed information about the chosen item.
2. You should choose your size, required color and quantity. After all the parameters are set up, click the 'Add to cart' button. The item you have chosen will appear in your virtual shopping cart.
3. Then you can either continue shopping or make a purchase. To make this choice, please, click the 'Checkout' button or 'Continue shopping' link located under your shopping cart.
If you choose to continue shopping, the item you have selected will remain in your shopping cart, and you can find and add to cart as many items as you wish.
5. In case you decide to checkout, you should fill in the requested information fields including your email address, shipping and billing information. After you've provided all the necessary information, please, click the 'Review order button'. You will see the review page. Check all the provided information carefully. If everything is correct, click the 'Submit order' button, or the 'Back' button to make the necessary corrections.
6. After the process you will be taken to the billing page, where you will be offered either to fill in your billing information, or to log in to make a PayPal payment. Click 'review and continue' when you are ready.
7. When all the steps are finished, you can be sure that your order was placed successfully. You will receive an email notification with your order details.
How do I remove items from my shopping cart?If you want to remove something from your shopping cart, put a mark in the check-box near the item and click the 'Update cart' button.
Shipping and Handling
How much does the shipping cost?Shipping cost varies on the country of destination. The cost will be automatically calculated by the system.
How do I check the shipping cost?Before the final checkout, our system automatically displays the shipping charges for your review.
Where do you ship?We ship to more than 80 countries worldwide.
Do I have to pay taxes and customs duties?Yes, in some countries customs office may apply taxes and duties. The tax rates differ country by country.
Warranty
Are your products covered by warranty?Yes, our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Defected items can be replaced or refunded. Nevertheless, we get claims for refunds or exchanges extremely rarely because we offer only new apparel that passed a manual control.
May an item be returned only if it's damaged?No, you can return an item bought from us if you don't like it, even if it's not damaged. Just inform us in timely manner as defined in our Return Policy, ship it back in an undamaged and unworn condition, and we will refund you or send a replacement.
What about back orders?If we are sold out of an item or it is temporarily unavailable, we make every attempt to remove the product from our website until it is back in stock or available. We will make every attempt to contact you if all or part of your order is back ordered.
How do I treat the items I buy from you properly?Please refer to all wash instructions on each garment prior to washing.
Items Availability
If I am interested in an item, but my size is not shown, will it be available later on?Unfortunately, it is unlikely that we will have it available in case it is not shown, because the items we receive are commonly a one-time supply. Anyway, you can always contact us to make sure.
If I saw an item but it is no longer available, will it be in stock again?We regret to say, but it is unlikely to be available for sale again. We receive our products on a one-time supply basis. But you can contact us in order to find out if the product will be available any time soon.
Order Tracking
How much time will it take to receive my order?Your order will be processed within 24 business hours. Sometimes in particular cases it will take up to 48 hours to process the order. The estimated time of your order delivery is 2-3 days to countries worldwide, if no external factors like custom evaluation occur.
How can I track my order status?As soon as you place your order, you will get an email with your order number and details. When we ship your items, you will receive an email notification with your parcel's tracking number. To see your order status, please, refer to DHL website.
General Issues
Do you have a catalogue?No, unfortunately, we don't. Since our product range is frequently updated, having a printed catalogue of our goods is senseless, as it becomes outdated too soon.
Can I order without a PayPal Account?No, only PayPal payments are accepted.
Do you give out my personal information to anyone?With the exception of 'in-house' purposes and the necessary steps to process your order, it is our policy to never give out any customer information to any third party.
